Creating an account on DETROIT.VSEVERYBODY.COM
New customers must create an account before they are able to purchase DETROIT VS. EVERYBODY® Brand merchandise on our online store. To create an account, log into www.detroitvseverybody.com, and in the top, right hand corner you will see “create an account”, click the link.
Next, you will be directed to our confirmation page where you will see the words “Your Account Has Been Created!” in bold lettering. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will state that your account has now been created and you can log-in by using your email address and password the next time you visit our website. Next, press the continue button.
Welcome to the “My Account” page, which is where you control all of your account options. You are done. You have successfully created your account. You are ready to begin your shopping experience on detroitvseverybody.com. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to email us at: email@example.com.
Placing an order on DETROITVSEVERYBODY.COM
Once you’ve found your items and you would like to place an order. Please log into your account, and navigate to the items you would like to purchase. Select your size and quantity, and then press the “add to cart” button. You will see a green bar that reads “Success: You have added” your item” to your shopping cart. Repeat this process for additional items you would like to purchase.
It would be greatly appreciated if you rate and/or write a review about our product as well as Tweet, Google+ and share/like on Facebook using our custom widgets that can be found under the “add to cart” button on every item page. Thank you in advance for your support.
When shopping is complete and you are ready to place orders, navigate to the top, right hand corner of the computer screen where it reads “Shopping Cart” and click the number of items in your cart. Your sub-total without tax and shipping will appear. When link is clicked, a mini pop-up screen will appear, showing items, price and giving the option to “View Cart” or “Check Out”.

Here you can make final changes to quantities, apply coupon codes and gift vouchers as well as estimate your shipping costs and taxes.
STEP 2: Checkout option in shopping cart
Here you can finalize your purchase. You will be asked personal information, card information and final review of purchase.
After you press “Check Out” you will be redirected to the “Checkout” page where you will immediately be prompted to step 2 of 6 in the checkout process, which is “Billing Details” where you have the option to either “use the existing billing address” that we have on file for you or “use a new billing address”. Click “continue” when done.
All options can be modified until order is placed. If you realize that a mistake has been made after order has been placed, contact us immediately using the “contact us” form on our site in the customer service section, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3: Delivery Details
Here you have the option to either “use the existing shipping address” that we have on file for you or “use a new shipping address”. Click “continue” when done.
Step 4: Delivery Method
Here is where you will have the option to “add comments about your order”. Feel free to write us something nice, everyone loves kind words. Click “continue”.
Step 5: Payment Method
Please select the preferred payment method to use on this order. The only option that we offer for online payments is Paypal. Question: Can you pay on Paypal using a Credit or Debit card? Yes, you can link your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card to your PayPal account and use it to purchase your order. You can't link a gift card, prepaid card, or one-time-use card to your PayPal account. You also have the option to “add comments about your order”. Click “continue”.
Step 6: Confirm Order
Take a look at your Total + Shipping, then click “Confirm Order”.
You are now redirected to Paypal.com where you can either log in to your account and pay, or if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest by clicking “Don’t have a Paypal account?”
Once you have completed your payment you will immediately be given a 16-digit receipt number for your payment. A confirmation email containing your order ID, order addition date, order status, products, and total + shipping will be sent to your email from email@example.com. Click “return to Detroitvseverybody.com” and you will be greeted with a confirmation sentence stating your order number and a message stating that the order has successfully been processed. Click “continue” to be redirected back to the DETROIT VS. EVERYBODY® Online Web store home page.
Tracking your order?
After your order has been placed it will be listed as “Pending” in your account on DETROITVSEVERYBODY.COM as well as PayPal.com. Don’t panic, this means that your order has been received and needs to be confirmed by us.
Please allow 2-5 days to receive your order confirmation.
After confirmation, your order status will change from “Pending” to “Complete” in your account on DETROITVSEVERYBODY.COM as well as PayPal.com.
When your order has been successfully completed you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org within the next 24-48 hours that will include your final tracking information, shipping date, as well as any other information regarding your order.
